GT Payment is designed with security as the foremost priority. GT Payment is simple, direct and seamless. It allows user to make payment via GT Payment account balance, Credit Cards, Bank Account or other payment gateway accounts. User is able to deposit funds into their GT Payment account via other alternative payment gateway ie. Paypal.

To minimise fraudulence or theft identity. GT Payment will send an email confirmation note to the user, whenever there is a transaction or changes in the user account profile.

GT Payment support many currencies ie. USD, SGD MYR, THB, RMB and many more…
GT Payment welcome potential merchants or users from SEA region: Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and many other Asia Pacific countries ie. China, Japan, India.
Fees are dependent on your business model and amount of customization for the payment services requested by the user in his / her e-commerce enterprise. Do contact us for more information.
We require applicant to submit Personal ID (Singapore citizen/PR) / Passport (foreigner) Buisness Registration details and Bank account details. You can contact us and we will guide you along from there.
A merchant account is a business account specifically use to process and accept credit card payment transactions.
It depend on the complexity on merchant’s requirement for their e-commerce business model. It can be as fast as 03 working days (this is not inclusive of application, validation / verification process)
Approximately 03 to 07 working days after the transaction date (T+4 or T+7) Eg: Under T+7 and a transaction is made on Monday. You can expect to receive the money on the following week Tuesday.

Please contact the merchant/ seller directly to request and provide them with necessary supporting documents details:

  • Transaction amount and currency
  • Transaction date
  • The last 4 digits of the credit card number used for payment transaction
  • Your account email address
Normally the process will take approximately 30 days for the bank to process and execute the refund to be reflected on your bank statement. For confirmation, please kindly contact your credit card issuing bank directly for more details.
GT Payment only provides online payment services to our value merchants. All Delivery and Orders confirmation are handled by merchant. Refunds made may due to to various reasons eg: Out of Stock. We advise user to contact the merchant/seller directly for their enquiries on their order.
We are sorry to disappoint you. We don’t provide any card terminals. We believe e-commerce is the best way to transact. Hence, we strongly encourage merchant to embrace advance technology ie using smartphones or tablets to kick start your online payment or use them as your POS machines.
